A romantic proposal went viral after a farmer placed the engagement ring on a cow’s teat before proposing to her in a barn.
The picture of the occasion spread like wildfire after a random woman from Singapore shared it on the Facebook page called ‘That’s it, I’m ring shaming’ and claimed the ‘romantic’ proposal appeared on her newsfeed.
“Shaming the ring and the whole photoshoot. The person is a farmer. Still doesn’t excuse his bad taste. And is this considered a nipple ring? Also, the band is thicker than the center stone,” the basher wrote in her post.
“If my eyeballs are forced to suffer through this nonsense I’m dragging everyone down with me.”
The post quickly went viral with hundreds of people joining in on the debate and slamming the farmer who came up with such a “repulsive” idea.
“I am so uncomfortable and worried,” one person wrote while another one expressed: “F****** gross. This animal does not deserve being abused in this fashion.”
“Oh my god. How big is your finger that you can fit your ring on a teat? And boy, there are so many better ways to show off you’re in dairy,” another one argued.
One person suggested: “This is udderly terrible. Sorry had to go for it. But really this is gross. The ring is a mess of clusters and the band is too thick. Like the person thought how can I make this ring bigger without spending any more money.”
