Evelyn Moore was only 4 months old when she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma.
Since the diagnosis, Evelyn has undergone 8 rounds of chemotherapy.
Though Evelyn has been in remission, she is paralyzed from the arms down because of a spinal tumor.
Brad Moore, the little fighter’s dad, wanted to buy her a wheelchair to get around more easily. But nice wheelchairs for children her size were simply too expensive. All he wanted was to help his little girl live the best life she could.

Doctors told the Moores that their baby would be able to army crawl to get around. But as Brad put it, “that wasn’t a good enough answer” for them.
So Dad got creative. He decided to build a custom wheelchair for his daughter with his own two hands. With some inspiration from Pinterest, Brad gathered just $100 of materials and began building.
You can see from this photo that he did an incredible job building a custom wheelchair for his daughter. Evelyn is now able to keep up with other kids her age – in fact, she’s faster than them!
