When Tre Cosby’s son brought failing grades, he decided to teach him a lesson for life – by making the boy destroy his PlayStation 4.
Cosby filmed the moment as he and his son demolish the gaming console to pieces using a crowbar, a boulder, and even his car.
‘Hey world, once again, these kids and their electronics,’ Cosby says in the video which has since gone viral. ‘They don’t wanna act right, so guess what? My youngest is gonna get his PlayStation demolished.’
‘But guess what? This time I’m not gonna do it.’
The dad then wraps the console into two plastic bags before calling for son Tracy. His son was watching TV at the moment, wearing a shirt which reads at Sleep Fortnite Repeat.’
Cosby approaches him and asks him to guess what he’s going to do.
‘You was watching YouTube videos again this morning on PlayStation,’ Cosby says in the video. ‘What did I tell you next time was gonna happen? Did I tell you your PlayStation was gonna get it?’
‘Talk to the camera, tell them how you don’t listen,’ he adds.
Cosby appears ready to start with the task but his wife asks him to do it outside. So, they move to their front yard as the visibly upset boy starts crying.
The man gives a crowbar to Tracy asking him to smash his beloved PS4.
‘Beat it up,’ he tells the boy. ‘You better hit it. Beat it up, beat it up, beat it hard.’
Tracy taps the console with the crowbar while wiping tears from his face. ‘You ain’t doing it right,’ Cosby says. ‘You ain’t doing it right.’
The father then picks up a heavy boulder from the yard and drops in onto the console.
He also asks his son to do the same but after realizing that the stone is too heavy for Tracy, he grabs it himself and once again drops it on the device.
‘It’s getting cracked up pretty good now,’ Cosby says while again handing the crowbar to his son.
Tracy, however, couldn’t do anything more than just tapping the console. ‘That’s all you got?’ the man says. ‘Come on man, you can do better than that.’
Cosby then puts the PlayStation right behind his car and crushes it by reversing the vehicle onto the device.
