A father was left crying in pain after he covered his entire face with a peel-off mask.
John Meechan, 30, asked his partner to help him apply some of her blackhead face mask mix. But when Tracy Dougall refused, the father-of-two decided to do it himself.
But obedient John followed Tracy’s advice to apply the face mask ‘everywhere except your eyes,’ so he covered his eyebrows, lips, and eyelids – leaving her and their daughter laughing out loud.
“I asked Tracy to put one on and she said no so I thought, fine, I’ll do it myself,” John said.
“She said everywhere except your eyes, so I put it everywhere except my eyes. How was I to know you weren’t meant to put it on your eyebrows and lips?”
John could not remove the mask himself and asked Tracy and their daughter Paige for help.
The two filmed the hilarious incident as they tried to remove the mask from John’s eyebrows. “It’s actually waxing them I swear to God,” Tracy expressed.
“I better have eyebrows,” John replied before his partner asked: “It’s on your eyelid, why would you do that?”
Paige also warned her father as she tried to remove the mask from his lips.
“You’re going to rip my lip off,” John yelped. “There must be a better way of taking this off? I’m in so much pain.”
Paige and Tracy couldn’t contain their laughter after they noticed that John has been left with no eyebrows.
John successfully removed the mask with hot water, saying: “In the end I had to wash the rest of with roasting hot water and nearly scalded myself.
“There’s a few hairs still left but not many. If this is what women have to go through to be beautiful, then I’ll stick with being ugly.”
