We have all seen Simba and Mufasa cuddling together on screen but have you ever imagined how beautiful it would be to see them in real life.
It was a scene in Masai Mara where a father lion cuddled with its baby just like we saw in the movie days prior to father’s day.
It was an adorable scene as the lion cub brought out the loving and softer side of otherwise the wild beast. The pair of father and his adorable son cuddled each other at the moment.
They hugged each other and created a real-life scene from the iconic movie The Lion King.
Sabine Bernert, a wildlife photographer from Paris, was in the wildlife in Kenya when she took the adorable pictures.
In the pictures, the masculine father lion was taking a look around his empire and then his little baby sneaked in.
He was hiding in the long thick grass and pretended to attack his oh so strong father.
Sabine was waiting in woods to capture something adorable when her eyes fell on the scene. She missed no chance and quickly took the pictures of the moment.
She said “I used to be fascinated with wildlife photography. That is how I took the profession up. I went to the wildlife to take some good pictures and that is when I witnessed it.
It was beautiful to me. I clicked it and it came out to be amazing. I could relate to how it was projected in the movie Lion King. It was no less to me.
That cub pretended to be superior to its father who is already the king. I saw them cuddling and it took my heart. I am glad I could capture it in a still.”
