A father who is terminally ill with a brain tumor was afraid his wife will not be able to raise their child alone after his death so he did something no parent can ever imagine.
Out of fear, he stabbed his 13 years old son to death.
40 years old Oleg Drachev from Moscow has been detained as he is under suspicion for killing his own son.
His wife who has not been named here because of security reasons said that after the man killed his son, he also tried to stab his wife. She said that she had pushed him in the bathroom, locked him in and called the police.
This little family with their son Ilya was known as one little happy family who loved each other.
Recently, Oleg was diagnosed with the tumor and everything went down the hill.
The father became worried and disturbed.
According to what their family said, Oleg who once worked in the army and was an engineer and was spending most of his time at home with his child.
They did all kinds of things together.
They used to go for swimming, horse riding and they spent the entire summer building their outhouse together.
Moskovsky Komsomolets reported that the father said he was terrified that no one could take his place in his son’s life and he should not leave his son behind alone with his mother who is not capable of raising him up alone.
So he decided to kill his son and take him away with him.
After his wife had left for work and his son was still in bed, he stabbed his son in his sleep.
