To hold the hair together, faux waterfall headband uses a braid. This way, the hair is fixed and the small braid works like a headband. And the most convenient part is that you only need a small rubber band and a bobby pin!
Following steps are how you make this beautiful hair.
To start, part your hair into two sections. The part should be in line with the end of your eyebrow and part your hair into two. Then, take a piece of hair from the larger part to make a braid.
When you are ready, start to make a three-piece braid. At the end of the braid, tie it with a rubber band.

Then, put two fingers through an outer loop of the braid and take a piece of hair that is in front of the braid and take it away from your forehead. Repeat this process four or five times to make a faux headband look!
At last, fix the end of the braid with a pin under your hair and tease the hair to accent the waterfall effect. The very last step is to pancake the ridges in the back to make the braid visible from the front.
This hairstyle works for any type of hair; short, long, middle, and permed!
