There are some jobs where after the working hours you are free to do whatever you can.
Like a banker does not have to be a banker out of his working hours, but a doctor, policemen, firefighters, and many other professions do not work like that.
If there is an emergency they have to act, this means they are never really off duty even though they are out of their workplace.
When this off duty firefighter was going around the neighborhood he saw something that asked him to act immediately. He saw a house on fire and there was someone trapped inside.
The off duty firefighter of Phoenix, Arizona, saw a house on fire near 12th St. and Glendale Avenue. He rushed in front of the house but realized no humans were in the house.
The blaze was rising when he noticed that there is a dog trapped inside the house. The apricot-colored dog was a member of the family living in the house.
The firefighter saw it and decided to save the dog before it gets too late. Disregarding of the fact that he does not has his safety suit on, he jumped into the fire to save the little poach.
The dog and the firefighter both made it out of the fire although he was burned while the whole act.
The neighbor of the house said that he felt someone was making popcorn in the backyard and when he stepped out of the house to see it he realized that the house next door was on fire.
He reported that the fire made its way to his house as well as the light bulbs started popping up and flames were in his backyard too.
The fire department of Phoenix then shared the incident and said that both the dog and the firefighter was taken to the hospital and they have both made it out safe with little injury.
