Laura Tott, First Dates waitress has recently tested positive for COVID-19 after she worked as a paramedic.
Laura, who was amongst the stars of Channel 4 show, became a paramedic in 2019 in April and has been keeping her followers updated about her job by posting on social media regularly.
She shared her Coronavirus positive news on her Instagram handle, alongside her throwback picture.
The 25 years old wrote that the image was a throwback to the time when she did not have the coronavirus disease and could brush her hair.
However, the day was a weird one because although she knew she had it but hearing positive in real threw her off a little.
She added that she had been silent on social media for some days as she was feeling rubbish because she did not have any type of flu before this and revealed that she was not handling the disease well.
She further said that she had not slept as much before and wanted to thank everyone who was staying in their houses and contributing to containing the disease.
She assured through her post that she was doing fine and the disease felt like a bad cold and called herself lucky.
Laura revealed that her first symptoms were total loss of smell and taste and she felt like she had sinusitis. She added that these symptoms should be taken more seriously and that she did not have a fever or cough in the beginning.
She noted that she did not have a cough even after contracting the disease. Then, she asked everyone to remain safe and healthy and then ended her post by asking for Netflix recommendations.
Many of her followers wished her good health and her fellow waitress from the show Cici Coleman asked her to look after herself. She also suggested her to watch The Nest.
