Since the news of the show came out we have all been waiting to get a preview or a little clip of behind the scenes which was not really available to us before but hey, look what James Cordon has given us as a gift.
Yes, the very first picture of from the show has come out. James Cordon posted a black and white picture from the set captioned as “Rehearsals.”
In the snap, Cordon along with others is sitting on a round table with something like the script in front of them.
The snap has taken the fans to a new height they are more than excited now.
The picture that was shared by Cordon revealed that our favorites are coming back together which includes Rob Brydon in the role of Uncle Bryn, Alison Steadman returning in the character of Pam and, Larry Lamb coming as Mick.
Corden and Ruth Jones, the creators of the show in a statement said “We have been imagining it for a very long time. We think of them all the time, Gavin and Stacey. We think what they must be up to now, what their life must look like now after all this time.
This is why we are getting them back together. Thanks to BBC for supporting us in this as we are bringing them back.
Barry and Essex and all the other characters are coming back together and we are more than delighted as we are working on this special 1-hour episode for Christmas.”
Lamb also took to Twitter and posted how it has been hard for him to keep shut about the show but now that it is official he is more than excited for G&S for coming back on the screen.
