Natalie Weaver ordered a size 12 polka dot dress in a color that was set to arrive the next right in time for the family bowl night.
But, Natalie was forced to go for plan B due to the inappropriate fit if the outfit.
It is quite evident that online shopping is just like a lottery; we can only hope that we get the right product.
A Pretty Little Thing customer was disappointed by making an online purchase that left her to make a plan B for her family bowl night.
Natalie, 26 ordered agreed polka dot dress in size 12 from the website, now claims that the delivered dress would fit an eight-year-old kid.
The project coordinator said that the dress left her underwear flashing due to the inappropriate length of the dress.
The dress was so short that Natalie had no other way but to think about a plan B for her family night out.
Natalie said that she ordered a bigger size as she is usually size ten, but she didn’t want to take any chance for her family night. She was disappointed by what arrived.
Natalie claimed that she received a 12 years old’s dress rather than the size 12 she wished. She immediately sent back the dress, and she wore a different outfit to her family night.
All of her friends found it hilarious, but Natalie has eventually lost the trust in Pretty Little Thing. She added that she doesn’t think she would be able to order from them again.
A little mistake on the size cost Pretty Little Thing a loyal customer. If Natalie didn’t have any plan B, she would have to ditch her family plans.
