A 43-year-old mother-of-two has revealed the five changes she made in her life to look better than she did in her 20s.
Belinda Norton, from the Gold Coast, Australia, believes she looks better and fitter in her 40s than she did in her 20s.
She works hard to keep her body toned by going for a 30-minute walk and eating healthy.
Belinda says a lot has been changed after she changed her lifestyle, started exercising and eating healthy meals.
She says her confidence has increased and she is now happy, more energetic and the biggest change is her posture.
Belinda says she made only five changes in her life to get the perfect figure and she now looks fitter than she did in her 20s.

She explained: “It was ONLY five things I changed. The mum recommends: “30 minutes morning walk sometimes run (dependant on hormones and pelvic floor capacity) every day. It gives a huge energy boost.”
Eating healthy and quality food had been very important to her while focusing on her posture in day-to-day tasks is also an important thing to focus on.
