What would you do in a situation when one of the flight attendants try to make everyone laugh with their silly yet funny antics? Sometimes we go through some funny moments while traveling, one woman witnessed such a moment when she noticed another woman inside the plane’s overhead compartment.
A flight attendant in the US left passengers bewildered when she climbed up into the overhead baggage without any reason. The intentions of the woman were not bad at all as she just wanted to make everyone laugh and nothing more.
Passengers were flying from Nashville to Philadelphia on a Southwest Airlines plane. Veronica Lloyd was one of the passengers who was heading back home to Pennsylvania, she shared a series of tweets about the prank.
Veronica filmed a short video of the funny incident in which the attendant can be seen resting on her side and stomach, with her feet hanging out of the compartment.
In one of her tweets, she said: “I can’t get over how weird I find this. Southwest Airlines please get it together.”
Speaking to Fox News, she said: “It was very interesting. I think she was doing it to try and be funny and make the passengers laugh.”
Veronica said the woman was very nice for the remainder of the flight when she came down from the bin.
Southwest said in a statement to Fox News that safety is always their priority and its employees are known for their sense of humor.
“Southwest Employees are known for demonstrating their sense of humor and unique personalities. In this instance, one of our Flight Attendants attempted to have a brief moment of fun with Customers during boarding. Of course, this is not our normal procedure, and Southwest Crews always maintain Safety as their top priority.”
