The Navy SEAL community and their kids get through a lot of struggles every single day.
Stress is not a new part of their life when it comes to their life being threatened.
The CEO of the Navy SEAL Foundation, Robin King says, “These kids have a pretty stressed everyday life. With their dad walking out of the door with no assurance of coming back home, it is not easy and not at all free of stress.
We still have so many men deployed in different parts of the world and now the challenge of social distancing has arrived too.”
“The children of Navy SEAL are already always stressed. Their fathers are away for 270 days straight in a year. But one of the things they have the same with millions of other children right now is the urge to step out and break free.
Amid coronavirus, the kids are bound to stay inside their homes due to the lockdowns.
To help the young kids out of this stress, the foundation has found a fun way to keep them engaged.
To cope up with the stress of being at home all the time, the Navy SEAL foundation asked the kids to build a fort, the best they can.
Well, the kids made it and the results are as pretty as you can think of the perfect Instagram appearance.
The foundation saw a huge number of kids participating in the challenge. Now the foundation is even more excited to take the activity on for kids around the country making it a national challenge.
The kids are allowed to use anything from their house including kitchen chairs, sofas, pillows, ladders, stands, coat hangers, and a lot more things that a child can easily use.
The kids around the world are struggling with staying indoors maybe this can help your child get rid of the stress.
