On a family vacation that was supposed to celebrate a birthday, it goes wrong in a matter of seconds as their vehicle is crushed by a 175-foot-tall redwood tree, killing the parents inside and leaving the children behind.
Highway 199 in Del Norte County is an area that is known for its humongous redwood trees. It was unlucky of them to witness the moment when one tree fell over, toppling on top of their car which crushed the parents instantaneously.
