No one could deny that Russians are commonly known to cross the lines and always surprise the world with something that would make people say “only in Russia”. Well, this Russian gas station’s idea of marketing is something that you would never imagine.
Some people believe there’s no such thing as bad publicity and the marketing team of this gas station in Russia agrees with that.
The idea for publicity is quite shocking and offered free fuel for anyone in a bikini.
But, they never thought that some men would show up wearing bikinis too! We are sure, that they never expected this.
This special offer only lasted for three hours, people took some shots of guys sporting those bikinis.
While some people took this event as downgrading, loads of people didn’t hesitate and captured in a long queue. Both men and women all dressed in bikinis were waiting to fill up their tanks.
Some people helped their partners who sat this one out in the safety of their cars.
This publicity stunt caught the eye of people around the world. A gas station in Ukraine decided to do the same a year after this even in Russia.
Well, while you can question the morals, we are sure about only one thing: they indeed got the publicity they wanted.
