Vegetables and fruits should be a major part of our diet because they are filled with beneficial sources.

Here are some fruits that can prevent you from strokes and hypertension.
Bananas –
Due to its enough potassium content, the fruit works great when it comes to lowering down your blood pressure. Banana is a fruit that can be eaten as a snack as well as along with meals.
Orange –
Orange juice if taken about two glasses each day can help you in lowering down your blood pressure. Take the juice 2-4 times a week and there will be noticeable changes in your blood pressure.
Kiwi –
Kiwi’s green flash contains potassium just like tomatoes and bananas. It is also rich with Vitamin C that is a radical scavenger type. One kiwi fruit can provide you your daily need’s 9% of potassium, magnesium around 7% and 2% of calcium.
Peaches and Nectarines –
Peaches and Nectarines are great to cure high blood pressure. Include them in your diet or take it in as a smoothie. If you cannot find them fresh that you can use frozen slices of peaches too.
Papaya –
Papaya has rich contents of potassium. Along with that, papaya has flavonoids which are great for people dealing with hypertension.
Pomegranate –
Take pomegranate juice or raw pomegranate, it is healthy either way. It can even lower down the blood pressure if a glass of pomegranate juice is taken for 4 weeks straight.
Tomatoes –
Found in tomatoes, lycopene lower downs the risk of having a stroke in the body.
Watermelon –
Due to its high content of water, watermelon is a great source that can lower down hypertension as well as blood pressure.
