A Star Is Born lost to Bohemian Rhapsody in the Best Picture category as well losing to Glenn Close in the Best Actress in a Drama category at the Golden Globes on Sunday.
But Lady Gaga didn’t show any disappointment as she attended the hand and footprint ceremony in Hollywood honoring their A Star Is Born co-star Sam Elliott.
The 32-year-old singer and actress stepped out to support co-star Sam Elliott at his hand and footprint ceremony and was joined by Bradley Cooper.
She opted for a blue leather trench coat featuring black buttons and paired it with pumps. Gaga was looking pretty as she wore her blonde hair loose with a deep side part and sported red lipstick.
Lady Gaga shared an Instagram story on Monday while receiving a kiss on her forehead from Sam, 74.
She captioned the photo: ‘’So excited to be here for Sam Elliott’s hand & footprint ceremony.’’
Meanwhile, Bradley donned a brown coat with a blue button shirt, adding cream trousers.
Sam was dressed in all black, was seen placing his hands on the cement to imprint it before stepping on it with his shoes and adding his signature.
During the Golden Globes on Sunday, A Star Is Born lost out on the coveted Best Picture – Drama category.
Bohemian Rhapsody won the award, despite lukewarm reviews when it was released last year.
A Star is Born was expected to win in the major categories, but instead just picked up a single trophy, for Best Original Song – Shallow – on Sunday night.
On Monday afternoon, Lady Gaga took to her Instagram account to write a lengthy message about things she didn’t get to say on Sunday.
She posted the message alongside a photo of herself and Bradley on stage at the Golden Globes.
Gaga wrote: ‘’I didn’t get to say everything I wanted to say last night when we won. I was so overcome with emotion and of course wanted to share the mic with my co-writers.’’
She continued: ‘’We are so grateful Bradley loved “Shallow,” sang his heart out live, and truly the song would not be revered as it is without the brilliant film and moment Bradley created and the way he directed the moment and collaborated with us on how it would eventually be given to the world.’’
Gaga added: ‘’Thank you B, and thank you Warner Bros. Thank you HFPA, we are beyond grateful.’’
