Gary Sinise, Forest Gump Star Took 1,000 Kids of Fallen Soldiers to Disneyland


Gary Sinise had established a charity that took 1000 kids of the fallen serviceman and their wives for the trip of a lifetime as they were all taken to Disney Land.

The foundation started by the star called The Gary Sinise Foundation takes out holiday for ‘golden star kids’ every year along with the wives of the fallen servicemen.

These kids are taken from around the US for a five-day-long trip to give them a memory they can cherish for a lifetime to come.

This year alone about 1,750 relatives of servicemen from around the US were taken on the trip as they were flown to Orlando.

Sinise announced of the Holliday as he posted a picture of the families of the servicemen on board in the plane right before the plane was going to take off with him sitting in the middle, on his Twitter.

Under the picture, the 64 years old actor wrote that today marks the start of the amazing trip to Disney Land for the Golden Star Children.

He wrote that over 1000 kids along with their surviving parent or guardian are set to go on the holiday making it a total of 1,750 people.

He also posted a little video of him welcoming a little kid on board as he wrote that a charter has just left the same day with 91 kids and 176 in total people today from Los Angeles.

He wrote that he got to take a few pictures with them before they left. He says that he loves all the kids and wished him to have a lot of fun on the trip.

The pictures of the holidays have started to come out and are shared on social media.
