A genius toddler, from Royston, South Yorkshire, can identify all 195 independent sovereign states on a map of the world and even know their flags.
Two-year-old Sherwyn Sarabi knows everything about volcanoes, shooting stars and the major body organs and their functions.
He loves searching for his favorite shows online when he is not studying his encyclopedia that was gifted by his parents.
Sherwyn can read up to 500 words, count to 200, and can identify shapes despite being just two.
His parents Amanda and Daroud are so proud of their genius son.
Mrs. Sarabi said: “He just loves to learn – he recently woke me up at 3 am telling me all about Sir Isaac Newton and how he discovered gravity.
We can’t go anywhere with him without him asking “Why? Why? Why?” about things going on around him.”
Earlier this year, when they visited their doctor, Sherwyn started pointing out countries at a map on the wall.
The doctor was left stunned and the parents then took him to a consultant pediatrician who told them he was of above-average intelligence.
The family then went to see an educational psychologist Dr. Peter Congdon who runs the Gifted Children’s Information Centre in Solihull, West Midlands.
The parents were told to bring their son when he is three to assess Sherwyn’s IQ.
Dr. Congdon said: “I don’t like to see children under three because it is only then that you can conduct a comprehensive assessment.”
His parents then bought him an encyclopedia and Sherwyn now knows more than the children of his age.
Sherwyn has been offered a scholarship to a top independent school and his parents want him to start school as soon as possible because he gets bored at home.
However, he is just two and won’t be starting school for another two years.
