A little girl won the internet after she was filmed using the Force to tackle a parade of Star Wars’ fiercest villains while on a trip to Disney World in Florida.
Living out the dream of every Star Wars fan, Bowie knew what she had to do when she spotted a group of ‘bad guys’ from the movie walking toward her in the amusement park.
Dressed as Rey, four-year-old Bowie was not afraid of the group including Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, and some storm troopers.
Thankfully, the adorable moment was caught on camera for the world to see. In the clip, Bowie’s mom Moe Hicks can be seen encouraging her to deflect the characters.
‘Bowie, do you see Darth Vader? Put your tough face on Rey!’ Moe can be heard in the video.
And it was when ‘Rey’ lifted her hand and used the Force to fend off all the villains as they came near her. The little girl wasn’t even afraid of Darth Vader.
According to Moe, her daughter is a die-hard fan of the franchise.
‘Bowie is four years old and fun fact, her birthday is May the 4th!’ Moe said.
‘She is the biggest Star Wars fan. We have raised her on the entire series since birth and watch at least two of the movies every week at her request.’
After she had tackled the bad guys, Bowie’s beloved heroes Chewbacca and Rey stopped by her to greet probably their youngest fan.
Thankfully, little Bowie spared them and even gave them a hug.
The heartwarming video was first shared on social media by actor Mark Hamill who plays Luke Skywalker in the franchise.
Mark said the moment was ‘adorable.’ He even dubbed Bowie a ‘Pint Sized UPF’ in the caption. In case you don’t know, UPF is short for an ultra passionate fan.
‘I actually cried when I saw Mark Hamill posted Bowie’s video, he’s such an icon to our family and we adore him so much,’ Moe said.
