Alexa Figueroa has grown up living with Gus Roman, who is from Pennsylvania as her father passed away just a week before her first birthday. Gus has a son with Alexa’s mother, Mia whose name is Noah.
Mia decided to change her surname to Roman after getting married to Gus, but she didn’t force Alexa to do the same as she thought Alexa might lose a part of her father.
Alexa herself couldn’t understand what to do, but then she decided to keep her surname Figueroa-Roman as she is one lucky kid to have two fathers. Mia loved what Alexa thought of doing for Gus, so they decided to give him a surprise.

Firstly, Noah gave him the gift making sure that he doesn’t get suspicious about the surprise and then Alexa gave her photo book to him.
Gus got super emotional while flipping the pages of the photobook, but he had no idea that he’ll find something even better at the last page of the book.
When he reached the last page, there was a message written by Alexa asking Gus to adopt her as his daughter.
