We all remember September 11th, 2001.
It brought the tragedy in the United States and unbearable grief to the family of victims.
When Jacie was a 4-year-old, her father died in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center.
Shortly after the funeral, Lisa, Jacie’s mother realized something weird about Jacie.
Jacie started to talk to herself.

She was having full conversations in empty rooms at the house so Lisa asked “Jacie, who are you talking to?” Then, Jacie answers, “My dad! Talking to daddy.”
Lisa wanted to make sure that Jacie was okay so she kept asking about her conversations with her dad.
Jacie was confident that she met her dad, not in her dream. She told her mother that she could see her father and his friends; she called them his “boys.” His “boys” were a group of Jacie’s father, uncle, and her father’s coworkers who all passed away on the same day.
Jacie even knew the names of her father’s friends, whom she has never met nor heard of before their death.

This kind of story is not a common story to hear but Jacie is not a first one to connect with people who passed away.
Jacie, who now became a teenage girl, does not see her father but she still remembers talking to her father after his death and she will never forget her father even decades later.
