As anyone working in the service industry understands, making a living out of one job alone is nearly impossible.

Waiters and waitresses, more than anyone else, are put under pressure and tested when a problematic person appears. They are the ones who need to find a way to deal with the customer’s attitude and calm them down while remaining kind – which is never easy!

Despite these issues, some of them feel content with their work and enjoy it for most of the time. After all, they are doing a great job that not many people could handle.
Usually, the customers are friendly and understanding. Nevertheless, every server who has worked long enough knows that some have zero good intentions.
