Strictly Star, Aj Pritchard, faces heartbreak when his girlfriend, Abbie Quinnen, had received third-degree burns.
Aj, 26, had doused flames and called emergency services yet they did not arrive on time for Abbie, 23, to avoid the third degree burns she received. Aj and his brother Curtis had to drive to A&E themselves.
Abbie Quinnen, professional dancer, had suffered through the third-degree burns while doctors worked their hardest in order to save her face and skin from severe scarring.
Aj is devastated but is by Abbie’s side as her full-time nurse in order for his girlfriend to heal fully.
The video that had gone wrong was filmed on the day they were filming a “life hack” video for their social platform, demonstrating how to cut a glass bottle in half to be used as a vase. The life hack starts with dipping a rope in a flammable chemical, wrapping it around the glass while lighting a flame to cut it in half.
The dancer, 23, has made 20 hospital visits while having necessary skin grafts, terrified for her current career.point 206 |

Emergency operators told Aj that they would not appear in a matter of minutes, since their apartment were in West London, a bit of ways away from their facilities.
Abbie had been admitted to intensive care before being transferred to specialist burns unit the day after. Aj states, “It’s been an extremely difficult and testing time for them but she’s on the road to recovery.
Without Abbie’s main source of her career in physical reach, Abbie has resorted to making money as an influencer with her boyfriend, AJ. Now, they have urged the public against trying the wine bottle hack – which has been viewed by 7.7 million people on Youtube.
Due to repercussions, their consequences lead them to a life lesson and they don’t want anyone else to go through what she had suffered with from filming a “life hack” video.
Thankfully, Abbie has undergone surgery on her upper body and will continue to receive treatment.
“Abbie and AJ cannot thank all the nurses and doctors enough for their incredible care, support and expertise whilst being at Chealsea and Westminster Burns Unit and at Ealing Hospital.”
