Two young women came up with a brilliant plan to get revenge on their cheating boyfriend.
33-year-old Kristen Bishop from Texas was shocked when a stranger called her back in March only to tell her that her boyfriend of 8 months had been cheating on her all along.
After the other woman introduced herself as 26-year-old Sophie Miller, Kristen couldn’t believe a word she said until the two talked to each other via a video call while Sophie was in the man’s apartment.
Once it was clear that they were both being cheated on by the same man, Sophie and Kristen united to plan the ultimate revenge that was about to take place in Turkey.
In August 2020, Kristen and her boyfriend flew to Turkey for an 8-day vacation. As soon as they landed in Istanbul, however, the cheater was in for a big surprise.
After Kristen told her boyfriend she knew everything about his affair, Sophie showed up at arrivals and the two women took off to enjoy their stay in the country without their boyfriend, leaving the man all on his own.
“I found out about him cheating about four days prior to the trip. [Sophie and I] honestly had a phenomenal time. From the moment we met, we instantly connected, over an unfortunate circumstance,” Kristen revealed.
“We became friends quite quickly after we met up. We had lots of time to get to know each other and develop the friendship that came out of it. We really bonded over the eight day trip and it’s by far the happiest thing out of this unfortunate situation, that I found a great friend.
“As soon as she offered to join me, I was 100 percent on board. I said: ‘This is the start of something great. Let’s do it.’”
Recalling the bittersweet trip to Turkey, the 33-year-old went on to explain what her boyfriend’s reaction was like after she confronted him with the truth and met with Sophie right in front of his eyes.
“He asked if he could explain and I showed him some additional photos that Sophie had provided me, which proved that while I believed he was in one location, he was actually with her in another location,” Kristen says.
“His reaction was pretty stunned. He had never been speechless before, until that moment. There were several circumstances like that. It was very firm and I would not be convinced to change our mind on this. I knew the details and it was final.
“I told him not to contact me again or follow me out of the airport. At which point I turned around, waved over to Sophie and she walked up. His jaw dropped when he saw her. She reiterated my message, we turned around and walked away together.”
After enjoying one week in Turkey, the trio happened to end up on the same flight back home, whereas the boyfriend was sitting right in front of his two ex-girlfriends.
“We were actually sitting behind him on the flight back. That’s a 13-hour flight. We just sat there chatting, giggling and enjoying the flight, and he heard every word,” Kristen said.
