Another wrote: “Henry does amazing!!!! If you have any tips on stopping jumping when greeting I’d be so appreciative. Our girl just loves people and we can’t get her to stop jumping! She’s fine after like two minutes but the first moments of meeting someone make her go crazy.”

A third said: “This is my favourite meet and greet so far!!!”

In another video, Henry can be seen grabbing a stuffed toy of the bird Kevin and presented it to the cast members.

Service dogs usually visit crowded and busy places as a part of their training.

Ashley Wilt, a volunteer dog raiser, said to PEOPLE: “It is a really, really good training opportunity because he gets to practice and focus on working around so many different distractions: kids, food and characters in costumes.

“We do a lot of age-appropriate socialization and bring them all different places. When they’re young, they don’t go everywhere, but as they get older and show they can handle it, they go everywhere.”
