Good luck charms, and dream catchers may seem too superstitious for some, but for others, these objects keep them safe and sound.
Just for making them relaxed, these objects are certainly valuable.
But, this fisherman’s good luck charm is exceptional – it’s actually worth $100 Million.
And the most surprising part is that he had no idea that it was that expensive.
It all started when this fisherman found a giant clam with a pearl inside nearby Palawan Island, Philippines.

The pearl weighed about 75 lbs, and he decided to keep it instead of selling it – for good luck.
And it remained under his bed for 10 years. And no one knew about it until one accident happened.
A fire broke out, which forced the fisherman to bring out the pearl outside. When he showed it to a local tourism official, they were stunned. If it hadn’t been for this fire, no one would have known the pearl’s true value.
In fact, this pearl breaks the previous world record held by the Pearl of Allah, which is worth about $35 million.

According to tourism officer Aileen Cynthia Amurao, the pearl needs to be officially certified by gemologists, but Fisherman’s discovery is likely to become “a record breaker for having the world’s biggest giant pearl from a giant clam.”
Just imagine the fisherman’s reaction when he realized that he was sleeping on top of something that was so rare and valuable. Needless to say, he was at loss for words.
I can’t believe he kept the pearl for himself for so long!
What’s your good luck charm? Is it as bizarre as this fisherman’s?
