Gordon Ramsay has been reportedly caught in a controversy over his 4×4 Land Rover after the TV personality was criticized for quitting London to move to his holiday mansion in Cornwall during the COVID-19 lockdown.
He has moved with his family to his holiday home in the middle of the lockdown despite the clear instructions that one needs to stay at home no matter what.
Pictures leaked shows a man approaching him, as he was upset with the way Gordon had parked his 4×4 Defender at a local supermarket in Cornwall.
The shopper was mad at him for parking his Land Rover Defender in the wrong way, troubling others.
The 53-year-old chef was criticized for moving out of London in the time of pandemic while the country continues to suffer. Neighbors in Cornwall are in fear that the Ramsay family might have risked the spread of infection.
A witness at the scene said that throughout the row, the celebrity chef did not lose his temper and kept his cool. The trouble happened near Polzeath Beach on 10 April, Friday.
The man, whose identity is unknown, came to Ramsay to confront him about the size and parking of his Land Rover in shiny black color.
This has come out as people in West Country have asked for actions to be taken against people migrating to their holiday homes amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Holidaymakers and second home owners have been held responsible for potentially bringing the infection with them as they sneak into the area.
The locals said that the people are fleeing in from major cities and are bringing in the virus along with them, which is going to affect their lives and the town too.
The local authorities have strictly asked people to stay inside homes and not rush to the public hot spots and tourist attractions. If people are found outside with the purpose of having a good time then legal actions can be taken against them.
