Grandparents are the kindest souls on this planet as they give so much love to people around them. It is always fun to spend time with them as you learn about their experiences and new things.

Recently, Mallory Heading’s went to visit her grandfather, who is suffering from dementia.

With all his daily chores, the care was becoming difficult, and that’s when the family took a hard decision of putting him in a nursing home where he will get better and be taken care of nicely.

While visiting her grandpa, Mallory thought of singing one of his favorite hymns as he will enjoy hearing it. So she started singing ‘It Is Well’ for him and then the most amazing thing happened.

The lyrics of this particular hymn is so strong that it soothes a person who is going through hard times in life, and the author himself sung it after losing his children in a tragedy.

While she was signing it for her Grandpa, he started joining in too, and it was so heartwarming for the family to experience this.

Dementia is undoubtedly one of the most heartbreaking journeys for a person and their family, but sharing the faith and love for the lord can definitely bring everyone together.

The video is so heartwarming as it definitely shows the heartwarming and amazing bond that the granddaughter shares with her grandpa.

It is essential always to be supportive towards the person who is going through such a hard time because neither it is easy for the person to stay away from the family nor it is easy for the family.

The hymn lightened up the whole situation in the nursing home as the family felt delighted to see grandpa react so nicely to it.
