What Ravenlore lacks in square footage, is made up for in innovative creativity. For under $60,000, Nicki was able to simplify and downsize her life into the tiny house which was delivered to her in Savannah, Georgia. The tiny house has plenty of storage, hidden away underneath the floor. Bright, natural lighting floods the kitchen, opening up the space visually. The built-in solar power system cuts electricity costs and is a dream for the environmentally-conscious.

“When I saw the design with the gingerbread trim, I knew it had to be purple, pink, blue, and green,” Nicki says. “I love that it’s completely ridiculous. It makes me really happy.”

Nicki was forced to relocate from Thunderbolt, Georgia when she was served a “Tiny House Eviction” due to zoning issues, according to Tiny House Journey. She is now happily stationed at Green Bridge Farm, an eco-friendly organic farm just 30 minutes outside of Savannah.

As far as life in the tiny home, Nicki says, “I think it’s identical to living in any other house.”

“I do all the same things everyone else does when I’m home, but obviously it’s extra fantastic having almost nothing to clean or maintain,” she told Tiny House Giant Journey.
