Another Gorilla Glue girl is set to become a viral sensation after following the footsteps of 40-year-old Tessica Brown by setting her hair using the superglue.

After Brown, who is a mother-of-five from Louisiana, revealed her hair had been stuck in place for more than a month after she applied Gorilla Glue on the top of her head, social media users were left speechless and bemused by the stunt.

Despite everything that the mom had to go through to finally free her hair of glue, however, Avani Reyes appears to follow in her footsteps by ‘accidentally’ setting her hair with superglue as well.

“I’m on my way to the hospital right now, my scalp is burning. I need to go to the hospital so they can remove this Gorilla Glue. I have no idea what to do. I tried washing it, it doesn’t come off,” she said in one of her videos.

While many viewers criticized her decision and accused her of looking for attention, Reyes claimed the glue ended up in her hair by accident as she went on to create a GoFundMe page in an attempt to raise funds for treatment.

According to Reyes, people donated enough money to fund her trip to Los Angeles where she is allegedly set to undergo surgery. She also insisted that one person gave her as much as $3,000.

“You guys know it’s definitely been a journey with this Gorilla Glue. It’s been crazy, so thank you so much,” she added in one of her videos.

Avani’s revelation comes shortly after the original Gorilla Glue Girl went viral for setting her hair with glue. Since the mishap, Brown visited a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr Obeng, who helped remove the glue from her hair in a four-hour procedure involving the use of a custom-made dissolver.
