Prince Harry just released another nuclear ‘truth bomb,’ accusing the Royal Family of bullying, total neglect, and a smear campaign against his wife Meghan.
During his latest attack, the former royal suggested that his father, Prince Charles, let his children ‘suffer’ due to his own negative experiences as a child.
The Duke of Sussex also accused the royals and the media of trying to ‘smear’ the Duchess of Sussex.
In the new documentary on mental health for Apple TV+, Harry described how his wife shared her darkest thoughts with him and how she had considered taking her own life.
He also accused the family of ‘total neglect’ and ‘total silence’ when Meghan was having suicidal thoughts.
“Before the Oprah interview had aired, because of their headlines and that combined effort of The Firm and the media to smear her, I was woken up in the middle of the night to her (Meghan) crying in her pillow – because she doesn’t want to wake me up because I’m already carrying too much.
“That’s heartbreaking. I held her. We talked. She cried and she cried and she cried.”
“‘I felt completely helpless. I thought my family would help – but every single ask, request, warning, whatever it is, just got met with total silence or total neglect,” he said, adding they had felt ‘bullied into silence.’
Referring to the racism the Duke believed Meghan experienced in the UK, he also suggested his mother, the late Princess Diana, had been hounded to death because she was seeing ‘someone that wasn’t white.’
Harry said that the fear of losing his wife ‘was one of the biggest reasons to leave the UK.’
He was “feeling trapped and feeling controlled through fear both by the media and by the system itself, which never encouraged the talking about this kind of trauma… But certainly now I will never be bullied into silence.”
The Duke of Sussex also claimed that ‘forces were working against us’ when they tried to quit as working royals but he and his wife were proud of what they had achieved.
“That feeling of being trapped within the family, there was no option to leave,” Harry expressed.
“Eventually when I made that decision for my family, I was still told, ‘You can’t do this.’ And it’s like, ‘Well how bad does it have to get until I am allowed to do this?’ She (Meghan) was going to end her life. It shouldn’t have to get to that.”
The Duke also said that his biggest regret was not taking a stand earlier in his relationship with Meghan.
A source told The Mail that the Royal Family seemed to be at the end of their tether because of Harry’s attacks.
“Everyone is struggling to understand what he gets from, or hopes to achieve, by interventions like this. It is perfectly possible to campaign effectively on the issue of mental health without talking in such intimate detail about his own experiences,” the insider said.
The 5-episode The Me You Can’t See series contains a number of ‘truth bombs,’ an insider said to the New York Post.
