Prince Harry has reportedly already returned to the US, meaning that he will miss out on the Queen’s birthday on Thursday.
As DailyMail.com revealed, it is believed that the Duke of Sussex took a plane back to the States shortly after Prince Philip’s funeral and his brief stay in the UK.
According to the publication, the 36-year-old royal took an American Airlines flight and arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport at 1.30 pm local time.
Just hours later, at around 4 in the afternoon, the Prince was once again spotted near his Montecito home after leaving LAX in his car.
Harry’s early return to the United States means that he will miss out on his grandmother’s upcoming 95th birthday.
While it was previously reported that the prince was planning on extending his trip to the UK to be there for the Queen on her birthday, sources admitted that Harry was “conflicted” about his situation because he really wanted to get back to his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, and their son Archie.
Due to coronavirus restrictions, Harry will now begin another 10-day quarantine. Though the CDC recommends that returning travelers self-isolate for ten days after their return to the US, quarantine isn’t mandatory like it is in the UK.
Prince Harry is expected to make another trip to the UK later in July in order to honor his mother, Princess Diana, by unveiling a statue of her at Kensington Palace alongside his brother, Prince William.
