“I Hate Spending Time With My BORING 9-Year-Old Daughter, Am I A Bad Mother?”


A mother is penning down her thoughts regarding her children and the guilt of avoiding her daughter is eating her up on the inside.

The guilty mum opted to use online platforms on social media to state how bored she tends to feel on a regular basis, every time she decides to hang out with her nine-year-old daughter. Moreover, the mother even went to the extent of referring to her daughter as boring, adding how long her days become if she chooses to spend time with her.

“I just struggle to relate with her and initiate a conversation too,” the mother mentioned. In the same way, she spoke about how she is beginning to hold on to the belief that she is a really bad mother as well.

Putting her guilt on display in front of the world, the mother says that now the awful feeling is getting to the point that it has become unbearable for her to engage with her daughter. “I know this is going to sound super awful right now but please don’t add or spread hate,” she explained.

No matter what the mother does, she just can’t get submerge herself in her daughter’s interests or activities. Now, she’s asking social media for help and there were plenty of people who spoke their minds on what they think she should do.
