From swapping out those calorie-laden sweet treats to indulge in more protein-based meals this Christmas dinner, this 63-year-old says there’s no reason why you can’t stay fit and enjoy yourself along the way.
But wait, the fun doesn’t just stop there. This dedicated granny also manages to squeeze in a tiny post-dinner exercise routine, showing how there’s no exception to looking fabulous during the most beautiful month of the year.
“If you bypass those sugary indulgences and swap them for some proteins like lean turkey, then you’re halfway there,” she adds. Speaking for an interview with JamPress recently, the fit gran adds how eating cakes won’t get you near your goal so that’s a big no.

“I’d say to go easy on the wines and soft drinks as they’re empty calories that get stored as body fat,” she explains.
