Sometimes people do such heartless things to their kids that it raises a question about their values and love.

Recently, a mother of three-year-old, Cherone Coleman shared the horrific tale of how his husband left their three-year-old baby girl, Zoey Pereira in a burning Audi A6 at night.

The father, Martin Pereira told the mother that she wouldn’t be able to see her daughter again before the tragic incident took place.

Coleman was so shattered that she shared her feelings about how she thought that Martin would hurt me, but it was totally unpredictable to see that man hurt my daughter like that.

Coleman while surrounded by her close and dear ones in the front lawn of her home in Springfield Gardens said that Zoey was a perfectly fantastic child as she was always cheerful and caring.

Coleman was so heartbroken on the fact that Zoey was her only child and she was gone just like that.

Cherone shared how the couple was fighting a custody battle for Zoey.

Cheron was trying her best not to let Martin meet Zoey at all, but the Court decided something else for them as Martin was allowed to watch over Zoey on weekends.

It was just the second weekend after the divorce where Martin was allowed to take Zoey, and the tragedy took place.

Before burning Zoey, Martin called and started saying crazy things to Cheron which she couldn’t even understand. He kept asking her if he has her attention and how she will never be able to see her daughter after this.

Cheron was so disturbed after the incident that she said it would have been good if I went against the court and kept Martin away from my daughter.

Police immediately came to the place when the incident was reported and saw the car doors were chained and the fire melted the handles.

The witnesses around told how the sound alerted them about the burning car. The police went on a search mission to find out where Martin was hiding, and luckily they found him in the Baisley Park pond.

It was easy for the police to spot him because his clothes were all burnt and he was just in his underwear. He was then given treatment for second and third-degree burns, and then he was taken in custody.

Though till now he hasn’t been charged for burning the daughter, as it was declared homicide.
