Hold your heart if you haven’t received the news of demise yet because it is going to break your heart and bring back a lot of memories as a kid because he was our most beloved star.
Kobe Bryant is no more as the retired basketball champion died in a helicopter crash in southern California.
The 41 years old star player wasn’t traveling alone but with 8 others on the helicopter.
NBC in their report said that there were about 5 people on board.
All the 9 people on board included the star player Kobe, his 13 years little girl Gianna, and the pilot of the aircraft and as per the report from the firefighter team that had quickly rushed to the spot to put the fire out said, there are no survivors of the incident.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department had received a call at 10.01 am, stating the downed helicopter.
The Los Angeles player was considered a star because he had won 5 championships along with the team and was a phenomenal player often referred to as a replica of Micheal Jordan.
He was not alone but had a big and very happy family. Though Gianna and Kobe are gone, they will always be remembered in his wife Vanessa and three other baby girls Natalia, Bianca and Capri.
Sadly, his youngest daughter is just 7 months old and would never know how her father was the greatest player while he stands next to her.
After taking his retirement from the sport, the star player entered a different field and won an Oscar for his documentary film called Dear Basketball which is just a 5 minutes long short story based on a love letter Kobe had written to his beloved sport in 2015.
Let’s all pray for his soul. RIP star. You will always be remembered.
