The mastermind behind this account is a mysterious “working dad” who has around 400k followers on his Facebook.
The aim of this account is to actually unveil the hidden stereotypes of the society and the harassing statements women have to face in everyday life. His idea revolves around the Idiom “Put yourself in someone else’s shoes.”
By adding a pinch of satire in his posts, He wants the men of the society to imagine themselves in the situation or circumstances in which the women are, so as to understand with their perspective, opinion, or point of view. Before being quick to judge women for their actions, they should always try to put themselves in their shoes.
One of the follower of the page and an Australian business owner Tania finds “Man Has It All” quite relatable to her daily life. As she has reported similar condemnatory comments such as “Shouldn’t you be in the kitchen?”, not just from men but from women also.
“Working dad” hasn’t restricted his efforts to the Facebook (and Twitter) pages but he has also designed these amazing T-Shirts having satirical comments regarding sexism and gender expectations.
He also has published a book called ‘From Frazzled to Fabulous: How to Juggle a Successful Career, Fatherhood, ‘Me-Time’ and Looking Good.’
Erica from Sweden believes that Swedish society is very much educated when it comes to gender equality. Still, according to her, she can relate with the posts as she is not into makeup and stuff. But we live in a society where a woman has to beautify herself because, after all, guys want to see her beautiful and all dressed-up.
