Recently, a 51 years old high school teacher, Tedria Fluellen, was charged with sexual assault for having sex with a student who was just 16 years old.
The duo has had sex in various places like the storage unit and the boy’s house.
Tedria is a teaching assistant at the Worthing High School, which is in Houston, Texas. She was accused of sexual assault on a child who is just under 17 years old.
The case was taken to court on Friday, where Fluellen was asked for $40,000.
The judge explained that this is for the public safety issue even though the case is just a set of allegations at the time. The incident happened at the beginning of 2018, and now the student is 17 years old.
The student claimed in the court that he was asked to perform oral sex by the teacher.
The student and teachers used to know each other from school, and they also used to attend the same Baptist church together.
The student further told the investigators that he used to go to her house to help her with stuff in the storage unit, and they know each other for three years. Before Fluellen was arrested, the duo had sex four times.
The duo performed these acts at various places, which included their houses and even the school parking lot. The student also told that the teacher used to ask him to stop being shy before doing it.
The teacher accepted having performed oral sex on the student, but she refused to have any other sexual activities done.
The teacher also told that there was another boy who was trying to turn him out because of the news.
