It was not just the longest match between Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer for men’s singles, where Novak Djokovic won over Roger Federer but just within a few minutes the news came from the other edge of the sports field.

Yes, England had won the ICC Cricket World Cup of 2019 too after they successfully defeated New Zealand.

This day has been hence marked as the most epic day in the history of sports because not just one but two of world’s most prominent sports had their world cup finals on the same day where all the players displayed their best performance and yes, they are the most powerful players of all times.

One person commented, “Lets now take 14th July as the world’s sports day, the date has a special place in the history now.”

Talking about cricket, the match was a very close one. Both the teams ended up with a tie then they were given a super over to play. This was the fourth time England was super close to the trophy and they finally won it after three failed attempts before.

Going to the tennis finals, both the players were at the best of their game. This was the longest final in Wimbledon. Novak Djokovic won the match and the trophy after defeating Roger Federer. With a mis-hit, the Swiss star lost the match.

Novak said this was definitely the most interesting match in the history and if it does not stand on number one then it definitely is in top two or three.
