If anyone has weak eyesight would make the life of people miserable.
Few people will not be able to see the far away objects clearly while a few will be unable to see the objects closer to them.
However, the farsightedness is called as hyperopia and the nearsightedness is called as myopia. The key factors that would cause poor eyesight include genetics, lack of nutritional food intake, putting excess strain on the eyes and aging factors.
However, there are many treatments available to treat the weak eyesight.
There include – using lenses, glasses or undergoing a surgery. However, there are natural ways to improve the eyesight. Here are a few remedies that you can embrace to improve your vision. These will not consume much of your time.
Acupuncture: You need to gently massage the acupuncture points that are around the eyes for 5 to 10 seconds multiple times in a day. You can also take a stroll in the grass of your law early morning for around 30 minutes, as this is one of the acupuncture methods available. This improves the eyesight as it activates the nerve that is connected to the feet.
Consume almonds: By having almonds every day, you can improve the vision.
The almonds comprise of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and anti-oxidant content.This also improves your concentration power and memory.
You have to soak at least 5 to 10 almonds in the water and leave it to soak overnight. You can peel the skin of almonds and eat it or else you can grind it and add to the milk. If you do this for a few months, you can see the evident results.Blink often: This is the best home remedy to gain a sharp vision with little efforts. When you blink, it keeps your eyes moisturized. You need to blink for every 5 to 6 seconds to relieve your eyes. You need to make blinking as a habit. You also need to close the eyes for 5 to 10 seconds, especially when you are working in front of the system.
Do eye exercises: This is the simple way to improve your eyesight. You do not need to be in a particular position to do this exercise or allocate time to do it. You need to roll your eyes in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. After completing a cycle, you need to blink your eyes. This has to be done 4 to 5 times a day.
Palming and sunning: These are highly beneficial methods to make the ciliary muscles flexible along with making eye lens flex. Sunning will offer benefits that you can reap from the sun and palming will make you feel relaxed.
The sun will produce the energy that promotes good eye health and body health. In the sunning process, close your eyelids and let the sun rays fall on your lids and you take a deep breath.
In palming process, rub the palms and cut the palms on the eyes that are closed without putting any pressure on the eyes.
