Hunting is a dangerous activity and it has to be taken very seriously.
Yes, it is only for adults and no kids should take the risk of getting into such activities because it demands courage and fearlessness.
But what if I tell you there is a hunter mother who takes her 9 months old daughter on every hunt with her and let her watch while the baby is sitting in her bag pack.
Rebekah Stephens is a 30 years old mother who said that she was just a 7 years old baby when she went on her first hunt along with her father. That is when it came into her. She fell in love with the sport and traditionally begins doing it as the pass-time.
Rebekah Stephens is all grown up now and has a daughter of her own who is 9 months old. She says she uses bows and arrows to hunt which is the traditional way of hunting.
She says that she does not go alone on her adventures but takes her daughter along with her. She also said that she also dresses the little girl in attire similar to her.
She said “I fell in love with hunting because my father used to take me out for it when I was very young. Now I wish that she loves hunting too and can hunt with me as she grows up. She is already a great lover of nature and outdoors.”
She said that she was just 10 years old when she had her first hunt. Over the years she has hunted deer, rabbits, turkeys and the largest animal she has hunted has been a whitetail deer.
We hope the daughter becomes just like her mother. She becomes fearless and courageous just like her mother is and makes her proud.
