A feisty husband has gone viral after getting a large tattoo of his snoring wife with open mouth on his thigh as a part of the pranking spree that has been going on between them for decades.
As 40-year-old James McGraw explained, he and his wife have been pulling pranks on each other for as long as 24 years.
Recently, his wife Kelly allegedly tricked James into getting a dodgy haircut, prompting the father-of-five to get his revenge by capturing a photo of her snoring and getting a tattoo of the act.
“Every time I look at my wife now I just laugh. We’ve been playing pranks on each other for 24 years. This time, I pulled out all the stops – there’s no beating this,” James said.
“[It is] a lovely tribute to my wife – she’ll always remember it. It took eight hours of pain. I was in her bad books for a little bit but she knows it was a joke. The fact I can’t stop laughing whenever I see her is making it worse.
“She still can’t believe I had it done. I’m one-up at the moment. I’m winning, but I’m quite scared to be fair. I don’t know what she’s planning next.”
As the naught husband revealed, the snap of his wife snoring with an open mouth was taken years ago, whereas Kelly always believed the picture to be deleted until now.
As for James, he decided to put the embarrassing photo to good use after Kelly teased him about his dodgy haircut.
“We have five kids and we’re joking with them all the time too. When my little boy saw the tattoo he high-fived me. We’re all jokers in the house. The kids were just laughing,” the 40-year-old added.
“We’re always tiptoeing around the house expecting each other to jump out. My friends call it the McGraw Madhouse.”
While James insists it’s all about fun, Kelly said he’s crossed the line with the tattoo.
“There’s a line and he’s crossed it big time. We’re just a normal family but our banter got out of hand. It’s still really raw. We do mess about anyway but this is on another level,” she said.
“He needs to watch his back because karma’s a b***h. I’ll think of something to get him back, but it’s going to have to be really, really bad to top that.”
