The world is on fire and the ones to suffer the most are the innocent animals that are unable to fight back or save themselves from the fire that is killing their home, their planet, and themselves.
The bushfire has been burning for months now in Australia and this has become a terrifying news to the animals of the country.
Nearly 480 million animals have already died in flames and every day hundreds and thousands are running out of the woods to the cities to save their lives.
The rescue operation has been going on but has been a strain to the Australian Zoo as they do not have enough space for the lost animals but they are trying their best to save as many as they can.
Thousands and thousands of animals injured by the fire have been brought out and have received the right care.
Bindi Irwin, the daughter of TV personality Steve Irwin, a famous zookeeper of Australia, has been working with the Australian Zoo and has said “My heart is breaking to see all these people and animals lose their lives.
We want everyone to know that we are safe.
There is no fire around the Australian Zoo and all the animals are safe.”
Australia is under a state of emergency.
Hundreds and thousands of volunteers have been working to put the fire out every day with desperate hope for the flames to stop.
The fire has burnt downland twice the size of Belgium and has created smoke clouds as wide as Europe.
The smoke and gas emitted from the fire have created its own climate system with the clouds releasing blazes and fire sparks.
The conditions have worsened and summer in Australia is still going to last 3 more months which means that it will take more than 4 months to completely put out the fire.
