US President Joe Biden is making headlines and this time critics and press reporters are raising eyebrows regarding his current health status.
Biden appeared to cough in a chronic manner and even went about clearing his throat numerous times at a recent press briefing. And in case you think that people aren’t noticing, think again.
The President certainly did not go unnoticed as he coughed away while speaking and answering the many questions put forward by reporters. And now, it’s becoming a matter of great concern who feel the President may certainly not be in the best mental or physical state.
However, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was quick to the rescue when reporters questioned her about the President’s current health and medical condition. Moreover, she brushed off the question, adding how she strongly felt that there was nothing wrong.
“I certainly don’t think it is a matter of concern. There are a number of reasons why the President appeared to be learning his throat and coughing,” she went on to explain.
One reporter asked boldly, “Is there any reasonable explanation as to why the President seems to be coughing so much in certain situations?” To that, Jen said, “The President may have had a slight cold. And we feel that it is something that many reporters and White House officials can confront. But I know for a fact that it’s nothing serious and isn’t any sort of medical concern either.”
Those who have been in constant attendance of the President’s briefings know that Biden tends to clear his throat quite frequently, more so than any other President of the US in the past. But now, people are certainly raising eyebrows over the situation while health experts claim it has to do with his gastric reflux condition.
“The President has even undergone endoscopy to rule out any other major disease,” explained Biden’s physician recently.
