Jenelle Evans lost custody of all three of her children as the judge told her that she had ‘failed to protect the children while they were in her care,’
Jenelle was seen sobbing in the court after losing custody of her three kids.
It comes after her husband David Eason shot dead the family’s pet dog who behaved aggressively toward their toddler, Ensley last month.
A judge in North Carolina said that she had ‘failed to protect the children while they were in her care,’ insiders told Radar.
“Jenelle was sobbing in court … [she] believed that her lawyer was going to be able to get her children back and she seemed stunned when this happened.”
She lost custody of her three children – sons Jace, Kaiser and daughter Ensley.
The couple has been ordered to undergo drug tests once a week and take parenting courses to regain custody of the children.
A source told Radar that ‘Jenelle is standing by David despite what happened, she has no plans to leave him.’
After killing the dog, Eason defended himself as he said: ‘Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isn’t the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge [whether] or not an animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME.’
Jenelle’s mother Barbara Evans will take over legal custody of Ensley and Jace while Jenelle’s ex Nathan Griffith will take over legal custody of his son Kaiser.
