Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has proudly introduced her new family member to her fans.
Taking to Instagram to reveal that she has adopted a puppy, the 51-year-old American actress revealed her new family member’s name as she claimed he had stolen her heart immediately.
“Hi! I’d like to introduce to you the newest member of our family,” the Friends star wrote.
“This is (a very tired) Lord Chesterfield. He stole my heart immediately. A HUGE thank you to @wagmorpets for the incredible work you do.
“Grateful you take such great care of these rescues and find them their forever homes.”
Aniston also shared an adorable video in which little Lord is seen resting on a sofa with a big treat sticking out of his mouth.
“Chesterfield, have you fallen asleep with your bone in your mouth? I think you have?” the 51-year-old, who also owns a Schnauzer mix Clyde and pit bull Sophie, said.
Previously, in December, The Morning Show star opened up about her love for rescue animals as she suggested she might get another dog.
“Oh God, I’ve come so close [to adopting another dog],” the actress told PEOPLE.
“And my friend Ellen DeGeneres, as you know, loves nothing more than to bombard me with extremely heartbreaking photographs of animals that need homes.”
As Aniston added, she would also love to “have a llama, a pig, an alpaca, sheep, goats” if her situation allowed her.
“But I have to be very sensitive to Clyde and Sophie because it’s all about whether they are going to be happy,” she added.
