1. Breakfast
Jennifer starts her day with a shake, she told PEOPLE. Her breakfast menu includes Protein shake with berries, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and ice or oatmeal with berries.
2. Lunch
Jennifer told PEOPLE that she eats veggie-filled salad, like with kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled cheese, minced shallots, and a dressing made with lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil for lunch.
3. Snacks
Jennifer prefers to eat a handful of nuts and fresh fruits and veggies in snacks. It is J.Lo’s healthy lifestyle which helps her to stay fit and healthy at this age.
4. Dinner
J.Lo told Hollywood Life, she prefers to eat dinner around 6:30 p.m. when she is at home. Her dinner usually consists of a lean protein with more veggies and complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, or quinoa.
She told HELLO: “Most restaurants offer healthy, low-calorie meals so I watch for things on the menu that fit my lifestyle,”
“I’ll have a salad or some fish with veggies. And I make sure I drink lots of water throughout the meal.”
5. Desserts
J.Lo may eat healthy and nutritious food maximum but the 49-year-old says she still eats some of the foods she loves.
“Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet,” she told People. “I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself.”
J.Lo believes in a strict diet and she thinks this is what makes her look good.
She told Hello: “What you eat doesn’t just affect your body; it can also affect the way your skin looks,”
