President Joe Biden was spotted picking a flower and handing it over to his wife as the two left the White House and flew to Georgia.
On Thursday, the President and the FLOTUS boarded Marine One before taking to the skies and flying to Georgia where they met with former President Jimmy Carter.
While walking across the lawn towards the aircraft, doting Joe paused for a moment to pluck a dandelion before giving the flower to his wife Jill.
The sweet gesture was caught on camera, whereas photos of the President courting his wife quickly made rounds on the internet.
This isn’t the first time the couples made their romantic gestures known to the world. Earlier this year, in January, the First Lady was spotted giving Joe a kiss as he went on his first helicopter ride as president.
Surprising her husband on Valentine’s Day in February, the FLOTUS arranged a series of cardboard hearts, which had ‘love’, ‘courage’, and ‘compassion’ written on them, on the lawn outside the White House.
Later in early April, Jill was seen carrying a bouquet as she and Joe were taking off from the White House to celebrate Easter at Camp David.
As for the President’s recent romantic gesture, the dandelion plucking took place moments before the couple boarded Marine One and flew to Georgia.
During their Georgia trip, which marked the President’s 100th day in office, the couple paid a visit to Jimmy Carter and hosted a drive-in car rally.
